1. Acceptance of terms
By using Hab12, you agree to these Hab12 Product Terms of Use and the applicable Hab12 Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Product status and availability
Hab12 is in development and product testing. Features, compatibility, pricing, availability, and product descriptions may change. Nothing in these terms or on the product pages is a guarantee that a particular feature will be available at a particular time.
3. General wellness purpose
Hab12 is designed to support exercise engagement, muscle awareness, physical training, and general wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or monitor any disease, injury, or medical condition and does not provide medical advice.
4. Responsible use
Use Hab12 only as instructed and with compatible equipment. Stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness, unexpected symptoms, or concern. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise activity when appropriate.
You may not misuse Hab12, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer protected software except where law permits, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
5. Software, connectivity, and third-party services
Hab12 may rely on a compatible mobile device, Bluetooth connectivity, operating-system features, email or sharing tools, and other third-party services. HabTools does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their separate terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.
6. User-provided information
If you voluntarily contact HabTools or send a file, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. Do not send information about another person without appropriate authority. HabTools will handle voluntarily provided information as described in the Hab12 Privacy Policy and any additional notice presented at the time.
7. Intellectual property
The Hab12 name, logos, product design, software, graphics, game elements, and related materials are owned by or licensed to HabTools, Inc. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works except with written permission or as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Hab12 and any pre-release or testing version are provided “as is” and “as available.” HabTools does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HabTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Hab12. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
10. Changes
HabTools may update these Product Terms as Hab12 or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date when finalized for publication.
