Better learning through feedback.
Building tools for better muscle training.
We create technologies that promote awareness and put you in control of your progress.

Our approach
From hidden information to useful action.
Important information about our bodies is sometimes hard to see. HabTools combines biosensor technology with the science of feedback and learning to make that information visible, understandable, and useful.
We build around a repeatable idea: detect what matters, make it understandable, and create a reason to act on it.
Start with what matters
We look for meaningful aspects of performance that are difficult to detect without the right tool.
Make feedback useful
Feedback should arrive when it can help a person recognize what they just did and influence what they do next.
Support better action
Use that feedback to guide practice, performance, and learning.
Designed to be useful
Useful to the person doing the work; understandable to the people supporting that work.
Clear, immediate feedback that makes effort and progress easier to recognize.
Tools that can make practice more observable without turning every interaction into a dashboard.
A design approach grounded in measurement, feedback, learning, and user control.
Our first product

Hab12 is a wearable muscle-sensing system that turns muscle activity into responsive gameplay. By making difficult-to-perceive muscle activity measurable and providing immediate feedback, it helps users learn from each response and adjust what they do next.
“The best feedback does more than report on the past. It helps prepare the next action.”
Designed to prioritize privacy and control
Our tools prioritize privacy from design to distribution.
Privacy is part of how we design our products. We aim to collect and retain the information needed for a product to do its job while keeping people in control of what they choose to share.
Read our approach to privacyPurpose-driven collection
We only collect information that supports the intended product experience.
Product-appropriate handling
How information is stored is designed to fit the needs of the user.
User-directed sharing
When sharing is enabled, the user remains in control of what is sent, when it is sent, and to whom.
