Manage your information

Hab12 privacy choices

Most Hab12 session information remains on the user’s device. This page explains what can be managed locally and how to contact HabTools about information intentionally shared with us.

1

Delete local sessions

Use available Hab12 session or file controls to remove saved information. Device backups may follow separate settings controlled by the user or device provider.

2

Control sharing

Hab12 does not automatically send raw or summary session data to HabTools. A file leaves the device only when the user chooses a file, recipient, and initiates the email transmission.

3

Request action from HabTools

Contact HabTools to ask about access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, withdrawal of consent, or another right that may apply to information previously sent to us.

Important distinction

On your device vs. sent to HabTools

HabTools generally cannot retrieve or delete information that remains solely on a user’s device.

Privacy requests to HabTools usually apply only to messages, attachments, or session files that the user previously chose to send to HabTools.
