Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on, the sensor has power, and the sensor is close to the phone. On some Android versions, Bluetooth scanning may also require location permission or location services. Hab12 does not use Bluetooth scanning to determine your physical location.
Check that the sensor and electrode interface are secure and positioned as instructed. Movement, loose contact, low battery, or an incomplete relaxation period may affect the signal. Stop the session and reconnect the sensor if the signal appears frozen or implausible.
Raw muscle-activity data and gameplay information are stored locally on the device. HabTools does not automatically receive them.
Use the export option in Hab12 and select either the available summary or detailed file. The user selects the recipient and initiates the email transmission. Nothing is automatically sent to HabTools or any other recipient.
Delete the relevant saved session or file using available Hab12 or device controls. Uninstalling Hab12 may also remove locally stored app information. Review the device backup settings if you need to understand whether a copy remains in a device or cloud backup.
